01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FRNTIR (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users of our free tools (quiz, search, trade-in estimator) and paid products (Negotiation Package, Scout, Wrangler, and applicable add-ons).

02 Description of Service

FRNTIR is a buyer-funded vehicle research and advisory platform. We provide:

• Vehicle matching based on your stated preferences and lifestyle needs
• Local inventory search using third-party market data providers
• Fair market pricing estimates derived from comparable sales and market analytics
• Negotiation guidance including opening offers, walk-away prices, and playbooks
• Wrangler services where our team researches, vets, and negotiates on your behalf

FRNTIR is not a licensed vehicle dealer, broker, appraiser, financial advisor, or legal advisor. We do not sell, lease, finance, or facilitate the sale of vehicles. We do not hold title to any vehicle, and we are not a party to any purchase transaction between you and a seller.

03 Information Provided “As Is”

This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Specifically:

• Pricing data is derived from third-party market data and comparable sales analytics. Prices may not reflect actual transaction prices, and market conditions change continuously.
• Vehicle listings are sourced from third-party data providers. Listings may be inaccurate, outdated, sold, or no longer available. We do not verify listing accuracy.
• Fair market price estimates are statistical calculations, not appraisals. They should not be relied upon as the definitive value of any specific vehicle.
• Negotiation guidance (opening offers, walk-away prices, playbooks) is informational only. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including dealer willingness, market timing, vehicle condition, and your negotiation approach.
• Vehicle condition, history, and safety are not verified by FRNTIR. We do not inspect, certify, or guarantee the quality, safety, mechanical condition, or title status of any vehicle.

04 No Guarantee of Savings

FRNTIR does not guarantee that you will realize any savings, obtain a specific price, or achieve a particular negotiation outcome. Statistical averages and market data referenced in our marketing materials (including any cited savings figures) represent market-wide estimates and are not promises of individual results.

Vehicle purchasing decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk. You acknowledge that you are responsible for independently verifying all information before making a purchase decision, including but not limited to vehicle condition, title history, mechanical fitness, and pricing.

05 Vehicle Condition & Safety Release

You release FRNTIR, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any defects, latent or apparent, in any vehicle that you may select and/or purchase based on information provided by the Service. This release includes, without limitation, claims arising from property damage, personal injury, or death.

You are solely responsible for arranging independent vehicle inspections, obtaining vehicle history reports, and verifying title status before completing any purchase. FRNTIR strongly recommends a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic for any used vehicle.

06 AI-Generated Content

Portions of our reports, recommendations, and analyses are generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content has inherent limitations:

• Vehicle data changes constantly; listings may sell or expire between report generation and your review
• AI recommendations are based on the data available at the time of generation and may not account for all relevant factors
• Outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free, complete, or current

AI-generated content is provided as an informational and analytical tool. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

07 Paid Products & Refunds

Paid products are delivered digitally upon purchase. All purchases are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital research products, refunds are not provided except at our sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

If you believe your report contains a material error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a corrected report or refund.

Wrangler services (and human-curation add-ons) involve human research and are subject to delivery timelines communicated at the time of purchase. These services are also non-refundable once work has begun.

08 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FRNTIR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if FRNTIR has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, FRNTIR’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

09 Third-Party Data & Services

The Service incorporates data from third-party providers including vehicle listing aggregators, pricing analytics platforms, government databases, and payment processors. FRNTIR does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party data.

Links to third-party websites (including dealer listings) are provided for convenience only. FRNTIR is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service. FRNTIR never receives or stores your payment card information.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, features, methodologies, and functionality of the Service are owned by FRNTIR and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Portions of the Service are patent pending.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRNTIR, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your purchase of any vehicle.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
